Alpha Capital Group: Select the Pro Variant Before Calculating Daily Risk
Alpha Capital Group's help centre describes simulated evaluation and continued simulated trading at Qualified Analyst level. Its daily-risk definitions also vary by plan. This guide checks selected descriptions on 24 October 2026 and keeps the variant, reference and allowance together.

Qualified Analyst does not mean a cash deposit
The public explanation says evaluation uses simulated funds and that Qualified Analysts continue in a simulated market environment, with performance-fee eligibility. That is a provider description, not an actual fee receipt or independent regulatory finding.
Keep the account stage and the basis of any amount visible. A programme's nominal capital is different from a personal asset, and a possible performance fee is different from money already received.
Alpha Pro variants use different daily references
The daily-risk FAQ lists Pro 6% at 3% using the greater of balance or equity, Pro 8% at 4% balance-based, and Pro 10% at 5% balance-based. It ties the starting snapshot to the end of the trading day/beginning of the daily candle, labelled 00:00 GMT+3.
Record the exact variant and source clock. A personal SGT diary should not silently redefine that snapshot. Do not copy a percentage or reference from Alpha One, Swing, Three or another product merely because it has the same company name.
| Field | Dated source or example | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Pro 6% reference | Greater amount 102,000; 3% gives 3,060 | Allowance only, not full breach logic |
| Pro 8% reference | Balance100,000; 4% gives 4,000 | Different named variant |
| Pro 10% reference | Balance100,000; 5% gives 5,000 | Not every Alpha product |
| Record fields | Variant, stage, clock, snapshot, percentage | No personal risk allowance verified |
A fictional snapshot explains why the reference matters
Suppose the applicable start snapshot contains100,000 balance and 102,000 equity. A3% allowance on 102,000 is3,060; 4% on 100,000 is4,000; 5% on 100,000 is5,000. These are illustrative allowance calculations using the named references, not a full breach or available-risk determination.
Other constraints, costs, open positions and the applicable account rules still matter. Keep the reference amount, percentage and result in separate columns so the reason for a difference can be audited.
Keep the provider and query identity precise
This page concerns Alpha Capital Group at the cited official addresses. It does not identify every business called Alpha Prop or Alpha Trader and does not report an account test.
The HashHedge link below is a different provider decision. Alpha Capital Group's plan names, clock and performance-fee conditions are not its advertised features.
